Launched in 2019, Transparency Matters collection explores transparency both as a material condition and as a conceptual approach in art and design.
Inspired by the essential volumes of Minimalism, the retro-futuristic vision of Space Age design, and the perceptual play of Optical Art, the collection brings together these influences into a cohesive and evolving language. Each piece is entirely handcrafted in the Como atelier, where experimentation and material research remain central.
Resin, glass, acrylic, bronze, brass, and concrete are treated as active mediums. They overlap and interact through layers of transparency and opacity, capturing light, reflections, and subtle chromatic transitions. Color appears suspended in space, while surfaces shift with the viewer’s movement and the surrounding environment.
